Tori will call Jodi regarding her continuing as secretary for the committee.
Policy for 7th & 8th grade travel teams established. Total amount to be funded by Town Rec was set at $250 each. Funds are to be used for entry fees only. Requests must be in by the 1st Friday of the month for processing. If a coach pays in advance, a copy of the check or a receipt from the tournament must be presented with request for payment. Motion to approve this policy made by ernie, 2nd by tori, approved.
Mission Statement – no update. Rhonda will email to committee
Nathanael will present the following names to the Town Board for appointment –
Ryan Amo, Jason Bell, James Snyder, Jill Carr, Beth Bouchey
Building Update – Steve Murray put floor down in entryway. Tori will send a thank you.
Rec Coordinator Report – copies handed out. Pat Bleau is the coach for Team 2 baseball, not Lisa Matthews. Nathanael will provide dirt to fill in low spots on field. He, Ernie and Larry will clean up baselines.
