Lisbon Central School and the Town Recreation Committee are pleased to announce the school is once again open for walkers.

School will be open Monday – Friday evenings from 4-7:30 for walkers of all ages and levels (Please use the highschool entrance).

The program will run from mid-October through Spring Break when school is in session. All walkers are asked to sign in each evening and wear clean, dry sneakers. Walking logs and suggested routes will be available.

Walking is one of the easiest ways to be physically active; it will also:

Give you more energy and make you feel good.

Reduce stress and help you relax.

Tone your muscles.

Increase the number of calories your body uses.

Strengthen your bones and muscles.

Improve your stamina and your fitness.

Lower your risk of chronic diseases, such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes

Give you an opportunity to socialize actively with friends and family

Please visit our forms page to download the 2009 Fall Soccer Application.

PLEASE NOTE: JR & SR LEAGUE AGE BRACKETS ARE SET BY THE OGDENSBURG KIWANIS LEAGUE. AS A GENERAL RULE THEY DO NOT ALLOW PLAYERS TO MOVE UP UNLESS THEY ARE NEEDED TO COMPLETE A TEAM. THIS LEAGUE SHOULD START THE WEEK OF 9/7.
